 4.TAKE ORAL VIT C AND VIT E.
 5. DECREASE YOUR SUN EXPOSURE.(take extra precaution)
6. ALWAYS WEAR  A SUN  PROTECTIVE HAT AND SUN SHADE .
7. SEE YOUR SKIN DOCTOR FOR FURTHER  TREATMENT.
