Stay strong and fit in 2020

Dear Reader, 
Welcome  once again as the world goes through this pandemic we want you to stay strong and healthy with the following  Tips.
  • 1.  The greener you are inside the healthier you will be 
So make sure you have your greens with every meal 
  • 2 .A balanced diet is very important  too , carbs, protein, healthy fat.... also nuts
  •  3. Sunshine early mornings and lots of water daily
  • 4 . Taking  a walk and motivating yourself , connect with God through Prayer and mediation 
  • 5. Take your vitamins.
  • 6.Connect with Family and friends.
